Ultra-low priority, but relevant to widths: in Qt, the "Chapters: "
dropdown selection button is initially wide enough to contain "main";
if you choose from among other chapter names (the selection list is
already correctly adapts to handle the largest chapter name I've ever
used), the button takes on the name of the chapter, but truncates it
to fit in the width of "main".

Don't spend time on this unless it's easy.  Thanks,
