I'm having second thoughts this morning.

There is some additional cost to putting all plugins into leoPy.leo:
searches become longer.  Furthermore, users may want to add plugins to
leoPlugins.leo, and it would be best if that doesn't affect Leo's core
in any way.  And there are documentation costs for any change.

And there are some conceptual advantages of keeping leoGui.py separate
from leoPy.leo.

So in spite of the apparent "cleanliness" of putting everything in
leo.leo, I'll probably leave things as the are now.
