I think those would be easy to handle if present.

So, really impressed with how easily my first draft of 'plugin_catalog.py' 
could pull all the docstrings into one big rst file.  Seems that there's just 
one docstring fouling things up... and that would be the docstring from 
'plugin_catalog.py'.  Gah.  I don't think it likes :these_things: below the top 
level.

Part from that, treating all plugin docstrings as rst, there seem to only be 
about 30 "errors", i.e. text which isn't valid rst.  Not bad.
