Cool, I got to play with this a little last night. It seemed to choke on a "load recursive" done at the top level of the ipython ditribution, but perhaps I got impatient, nothing seemed to be happening after a couple of minutes so I killed the session. Worked fine when I tried it on a lower levels.
I can see this helping "code groking" a lot, you can explore the modules, their file organization, their docstrings, (which you can add to as your understanding grows), even try out Edwards "unit testing to aid understanding" idea.
