I finally figured out why I lost the ability to push to Launchpad. >From prior versions of bazaar, I had an environment variable, BZR_SSH, set to plink.exe to handle the public key based authentication that launchpad requires once it knows you have a launchpad user ID, this broke at some point and needs to be set to use paramiko.
