there are no doubt thousands of projects seemingly converging on the
theory of everything. many predating the web. thanks for posting the
link.

I've been studying the classic diff algorithms the past week for a
html tidy front end in euqt and ran into this, yet another project
I'de never heard of. this one seems to have helped define the term
"vaporware". revision control control is not yet a solved problem.
there is still room for improvements in the user interface for sure.
on just a quick read, they were attempting to build an RCS into the
editor. now there are so many competing products it would seem to be
impractical to limit an editor this way.
