Just a thought. After loading has completed, should Leo run an iterator through the full tree calling all callbacks registered against the (to be created) "post_load_iterate" hook, as long as there's at least one registered?
This would be faster than each plugin which needs to do such an iteration doing it itself... should that every become an issue. But I guess iteration isn't that expensive, so this might be a solution without a need, for now.
