....hmmm,, [alt-ctrl-w] has no effect for me, or at least it doesn't
update the options panel if it does have an effect. When I press that
key sequence a capital W appears in either the body pane or the
mini-buffer.

[ctrl-f] [alt-w] [space] is what I need to do to toggle whole word.
while [ctrl-f] [alt-i] is enough to toggle ignore case

The extra step for whole word appears to be because [alt-w] also
applies to the main menu (Window: [alt-w] [alt-w]). Ditto for other
options whose key mirrors menu items (Mark Finds vs File, Mark Changes
vs Cmds, etc)

Is there a key-stroke to go back to body/tree/minibuff from the options panel?

My environment:
   Leo 4.8 devel, build 3005, February 26, 2010
   Python 2.6.4, qt version 4.6.1
