As a Unix guy, I find the windows permissions counterintuitive and
misleading - and that's before network storage starts mixing in its
constraints. Of course, windows folks probably feel the same about
Unix permissions ;-). This does seem like a permssions problem: Leo
creates the tangle candidate in the same directory as the intended
result, then renames within that directory if it needs to update (or
create) the file.
