Done in the trunk at rev 3124. A test script appears in test.leo.
At present, the iter returns tuples (name,val,c,letter) where the
letter is as follows:
L leoSettings.leo
D default settings
F loaded .leo File
M myLeoSettings.leo
The c arg is set only when the argument comes from the local file.
Otherwise it is None.
These conventions can easily be changed. Let me know if this is good
enough for you.
