I'm here at PyOhio, and saw some things that got me thinking about
Using Vim as the editor for Leo again.  The "current edit with Vim"
stuff opens the body text in a temporary file that, if changed will
get written back to Leo.

Last I looked, the naming convention for this was a kind of mash up of
the headline and a generated funky id, I was wondering about using the
gnx of the node in the file, name, which leads me to my question, can
I easily get the gnx of a node?
