I've revised Leo's home page to match the rest of the docs.  It looks
pretty spiffy, imo.  I just used an existing manual page as a
template, and filled in the blanks.

The only remaining task would be to say something other than "Symbols"
at the start of the index. This could be done by hand, but I know of
no way to do this automatically.  Indeed, "symbols" is hard-coded into
the html,
so a css is not likely going to override it.

Also, I like a single-page index.  That will happen immediately.
