1. Conceivably, regex's would expand the kind of syntax that the @rst3
command "knows about". Maybe something like::
@ @rst-syntax name action regex
I include this for completeness *only*. It ties the present
conclusions with the former musings about scripting. But I do *not*
intend to do this: I dislike regex's, and there seems to be no need
for this anyway.
2. The notion of @rst-markup doc parts begins to seem dubious in the
new "refactored options" scheme. The new way would allow markup to be
inserted regardless of mode. But I suspect that @rst-markup is here
to stay: it's an explicit description of what is wanted, namely the
insertion of "raw" rst markup into the (output) intermediate file.
