Indeed it is.  Using the NSIS compiler is likely to be 100 times
easier than using any other tool.

I have made a good start in improving the install script.  For
example, uninstall now deletes all files in the leo/folder and
"official" subfolders.

I'll be discussing some design issues in a new thread.  These may be a
bit tricky, but I have confidence that the NSIS docs, wiki and plugins
will
suffice for almost any reasonable goal.

Installing Python and PyQt along with Leo does not seem like a
reasonable goal, but perhaps there is a plugin that would allow the
Leo installer to chain to other installers...
