While revising Leo's to-do list this morning I came across an item
about Leo's tutorials. Once resource I had forgotten about is Wink:
http://www.debugmode.com/wink/

After using @button screenshot for "real" work, it strikes me that
wink might be considerably better, for the following reasons:

1. Wink automates the process of building slideshows.

2. Wink has tools to add callouts.

3. The resulting slideshow is a unified whole, rather than a large
number of individual files.

All of these advantages seem important. Important enough for some
experimentation.

The @button screenshot work is not at all wasted. For example,
resizing the window and automatically taking a screenshot from within
Leo could be useful.

The advantage of using a Leo outline for the slideshow is that the
"callout" text is permanent. This is less true, I think, with wink,
but I could be wrong.

In any case, I plan to compare and contrast wink with the (fairly
clumsy) workflow involved in @button slideshow. I'll let you know
the results.

Your comments, please.

Edward

P.S. There are other advantages and disadvantages of using @button
slideshow:

Advantage: uses sphinx look and feel: the slideshow looks like Leo's
web site.

Disadvantage: without further work, slideshows "run together", which
will be confusing.

Disadvantage: less support for cursors and callout features.
