Are you sure you've got the sharing options set up correctly?
When I go that link it displays my Google Documents folders and displays
(above the toolbar) "Loading ... >" and inside the pane [No items in
this folder]. It keeps trying to load and every couple of minutes
briefly displays a message about server error.
In contrast, this SHOULD BE the link to a folder I set up currently
containing six "random" files:

Comparing the two links is it possible you've pasted your "internal"
