Don't bother. Rev 3407 of the trunk now supports an optional 'c'
argument to g.guessExternalEditor. If c is None, this will find::
@string external_editor = whatever
only in myLeoSettings.leo and leoSettings.leo, but if c is given, it
will find the setting in the c's outline as well.
