On the new content section versus the old left hand menu, I like the
clean look of this but did fine the old style useful, although with
some annoyances.

Ideally, I like to bring it back in the future in a form where it is
collapsed, but springs open when you bump a a monitor side,
(configurable left or right for when your using it in a two monitor
setup).  It should also show itself at the current document level,
i.e. not all the way at the top of the document, showing where you are
at in the document, excess mouse wheel scrollable back into view for
when you want to jump to a section not immediately visible.

my jQuery skills aren't up to this yet, but it should be possible, and
would make the documentation more useful when you've got it open along
side Leo so you can use it for reference.

I only mention it as the code cleanup may make this harder to add
later on.
