My comments, using the Diigo web page annotation service, are here:
http://diigo.com/0doj3
Note the following:
1. It may take time for the annotated page to be displayed in a browser.
You may get messages about a script taking a long time to execute. Just
keep clicking on the button to ALLOW it to run.
2. I realize the plugin descriptions were likely written by their
respective authors.
3. Annotations I made to the plugin summary I did not duplicate in the
more expanded section, because it's my understanding the creation of
this page is largely automated and if it's fixed in the summary I'm
assuming it will be fixed in the detailed section. Examples are plugins
in the summary where I noted to add "(Qt only)".
4. Diigo seems to keep track of an annotation's position by how unique
the highlighted text is surrounding it. For this reason, I almost always
selected MORE text than I was actually commenting on.
5. Lastly, in Firefox (at least) any "@" preceded by apostrophes or
other text triggers a mailto: link. Double quotes prevent this. It just
looks a little weird as the browser applies a different color. At first
I thought they were links to other places in the Leo docs. Search for '@
and n...@slide to see what I mean.
Many of the plugins look pretty cool and I hope to use them when I'm
more up to speed on Leo.

The new plugins chapter is ready for your proofreading at
http://webpages.charter.net/edreamleo/plugins.html
Almost all of this chapter comes directly from the docstrings of each
plugin.
There was one glitch I had to work around this morning: it doesn't
work for docstrings to define their own sections or to use an table-of-
contents directive. Instead of sections, I converted the docstrings
to use bold-face section headings. It works well enough.
