I use File -> Export ... -> Outline to Noweb pretty much, so I want to
link a shortcut of Shift-Alt-N to this menu.

1. I copied loeSettings.leo to .leo/myLeoSettings.leo.
2. @settings -> @Keyboard shortcuts -> @keys EKR bindings (or just
@keys EKR bindings)
    -> @shortcuts File commands

I guess I can add one line something like

outline-to-nowbe = Shift-Alt-N

to this node to setup a shortcut.

Q1 : What's the name to the left side? Is there any rule to this name?
Are there references for the naming?
Q2 : I see Shift+Ctrl+Q and Shift-Ctrl-W. is '+' and '-' are
interchangeable?
