I use the reformat-paragraph constantly when writing documentation. I just realized a small improvement might make a big difference. If the command has, in fact, changed the paragraph, the command should place the cursor at the end of the paragraph, and *not* move to the next paragraph as at present. (Ditto if there is no next paragraph).
I'll experiment with this soon. If it works well I'll leave it in, which is likely to require some changes to the applicable unit tests. We'll see...
