Well, I wouldn't put it this way.  All of Leo's cores works with
Python 3.x, as do some (most?) plugins.  I see no reason why all
plugins can't work properly with Python 3.x.

Note: there are *other* issues with some plugins, for example, the
plugins_controller plugin itself.
