I suggest that body content is free-form (in the .leo file, even if
not practical implementation).

That is, a 'node' could contain, say, an image or binary.

So this would look like:

<node id=gnx>
 <h>Headline of node</h>
 <b>
 Body text for node
 </b>
 <img src="foo.jpg"/>
 <b>More body text for node</b>

</node>

Clearly, we won't be able to leverage this extensibility in immediate
practical implementation, but at least we'd have it.
