Naturally, as soon as I say this two other areas spring immediately to
mind:

1. Better integration of Leo with other environments.

2. As Kent says, Leo is a data management environment.  Sentences DB,
http://www.lazysoft.com/technology_sentences.htm uses a tree-oriented
model, the Associative Model of Data, 
http://www.lazysoft.com/technology_associativemodel.htm.
My brother Speed says that the Associative Model is like a Leo outline
without clones.  It might be that a meeting with the founder of
Lazysoft might yield interesting results :-)

Both might be called juicy projects...
