Using '/' in place of '-->'

  +1.0 it's shorter
  +1.0 it's more familiar for path component separation
  -0.5 it would break existing UNLs unless we support both
  -1.0 it will probably cause escaping to be seen more frequently,
       because '/' is more likely to occur in a headline than '-->'
  -1.0 Edward doesn't like it
  +1.0 Kent likes it
+/-1.0 ...gah, forgot my final, neutral, point, oh well
