Done on the trunk at rev 4669.
The new command names and default bindings are::
run-all-unit-tests-externally = None
run-all-unit-tests-locally = None
run-marked-unit-tests-externally = None
run-marked-unit-tests-locally = None
run-selected-unit-tests-externally = None
run-selected-unit-tests-locally = Alt-4
Also updated the menu items.
As mentioned, many files will want to define Alt-4 as
run-marked-unit-tests-locally.
