Hello, seems I have a penchant for discovering corner cases in software. In this case, consider attached file where all clones of a node are in derived files. When I change derived file, despite the change is outside the clone row, on next read the clones get uncloned. Using leo-editor-snapshot-201111090253.
I have found lengthy discussions on the topic in this group (and they don't seem to reach conclusion), but in this specific case I am not changing the clone node contents, so it should not be a problem to retain the link. I would understand the behavior in case the clone content was changed, but in any case I'd like to be notified that this happened.
