I am finding that the focus on unit tests builds momentum. Now that creating unit tests is *easier* than not creating them, I am thinking more about how to work around initial objections. Today's Aha about testing g.pr and friends is an example. This doesn't mean that creating tests in your situation will be easy, or even possible, but once the momentum builds you might be surprised by the clever strategies that appear.
