Oops. When I looked at the output of the print-bindings command, I
didn't see the "M" before ctrl-tab, indicating that the binding is
defined in myLeoSettings.leo.
Here are the bindings I use in myLeoSettings.leo::
tab-cycle-next = Ctrl-Tab
cycle-all-focus = Ctrl-Shift-tab
