Rev 4822 removes two more pieces of grit:

1. *Any* of the run-x-unit-test commands will execute the *selected*
@test or @suite node, regardless of whether an ancestor node is an
@ignore node, and regardless of whether the node is marked or not.
Doh!

2. Alt-4 is now bound to run-selected-unit-tests-externally in
leoSettings.leo.  This is the new standard I use everywhere.  Change
your myLeoSettings.leo files as appropriate if you dislike this
binding.
