Somewhere in a recent thread Edward announced top level key handling so Leo's keys have their default behavior in *all* windows which don't provide specific overrides. This is fantastic - now you can move around the tree with keys, doing things to nodes by clicking in plugin windows without having to click back to a core Leo window to get Leo keys to work again.
I think Edward also asked wondered why he didn't do it that way in the first place - I seem to remember it was attempted but not realized, for whatever reason it's great that it works now.
