Well while I'm here, I'll post some of my tentative findings, corrections clarifications most welcome: "do-nothing" is the string to disable-by-override from mySettings "propagate-key-event" will also work, apparently as long as it isn't an OS defined keystroke (e.g. Windows with the main Menu - Alt-F) I'm not sure about "self-insert-command", seems to pass through the leoSettings.
