Now also includes "Bookmark to..."

  Adds a `Bookmark to` menu item to bookmark nodes to other currently
  open outlines.  Bookmark will be either at the top of the other
  outline, or the first child in any top-level `@bookmarks` node.

this is really handy for a "things to do today" list, you can have a
bunch of project specific to do lists in project specific outlines, and
use this to link from a "things to do today" outline to the item in the
project's outline.
