BEHAVIOR CHANGE: to make the above new feature more useful, I've changed what happens when you close an outline window created by detaching a tab. Before the outline was closed (with prompt for save in necessary). Now the outline's just re-attached as a tab. This means it's now possible to reattach just one outline, rather than having to use the 'reattach all' option. If this seems too weird, close not closing the outline, we could use a setting to control the behavior.
