A common prefix extends the power of tab completion. I would use <alt-x> @command<tab> when I have no idea what name is associated with the command I'm looking up, If I think I know the first letter, fine, go there. It would like tying a red ribbon around every > tree in the forest. We want to distinguish commands create by > @command from those created by @button, and both of those from all > other commands. 'All other commands' require 'print-bindings', scroll, return to <alt-x> to call, I'd rather go straight to completion. If it's easy to alias command names, maybe give 'allothercommands' alias like 'cmdhelp-allothercommands' Thanks, Kent > > Edward > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "leo-editor" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/leo-editor?hl=en. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "leo-editor" group.
