Here's the situation: Unity is correctly *showing* the menu associated with each tab. This is obvious, because the title changes as tabs are selected. But the menu items do not correspond the the shown menu! This looks like a truly bad bug in Unity. I have no idea how it could be fixed in Leo. It looks like a show stopper for Leo on Unity.
