Rev 5308 of Leo's trunk contains the latest otl import code.

**Warning**: I uploaded this code mostly as my personal backup, and so
other people can see what is involved in writing this importer. If you
do::

    @auto x.otl

**make sure** that x.otl is expendable. Leo will (might) import it
properly, but **do not** save the file! If you do save either the
.leo file or x.otl node, Leo will essentially destroy x.otl, because
Leo will use the normal write logic instead of the to-be-written otl
output code.

So now it's on to support @auto-otl and the otl-related write logic.
As usual, the write logic will be much easier than the read logic.
