Recall that this is an import script.  We aren't talking about
deleting, say, organizer nodes that *you* create, we are talking about
deleting nodes that the import code created.  Deleting such nodes can
never affect the "perfect import" logic, because that logic strips all
Leo sentinels before comparing the imported tree to the original
sources.

There at least two ways that such "useless" nodes created:

1. During the initial import process.  Nodes are created for all sub-
folders, even if they don't contain any files that will be imported.

2. During post passes.  Several of the post-pass fixers transfer code
from one node to the other.  In the process, a node can become empty.
