I spent several hours yesterday on this project, but having the diff between 4162 and 4163 will help tremendously. It's also good to know that font size matters, as you mention in the following post. This bug must be killed once and for all. The only way to do that is to understand *exactly* why the bug happens. It's not good enough just to make a change that appears to fix the problem for a particular node or file. What's required is deep understanding so that we will have confidence that this kind of thing can never happen again, with any file or with any node.
