sometimes, I use leo as project mangement tools, and edit the @file nodes
or @shadow nodes outside.

If I change several files outside, and after that, I want to use leo
rearrange the correlated @files nodes, I can right click the related nodes,
and reload it, then the changes from out side will be load to the leo
buffer. But most time, I changed too many files outside to reload them one
by one, so, I close the leo files, and reopen it, then the changes from
outside come to leo, after that, I use leo rearrange the @file nodes.

close the leo file, and reopen it. Is this the right way?
