The title pretty much says it all. This is a significant improvement, and makes Leo suitable for authoring text. It should have been done ages ago. Please let me know immediately if this new behavior causes problems for you.
There is one glitch. If you add @wrap, the directive won't be in effect until you leave the node and revisit it.
