I've just pushed a change so that "refresh from disk" is done for all
selected nodes. You can either

ctrl-click each @<file> node you want refreshed, then "refresh from
disk" to refresh all of them, or

shift-click the first and last @<file> node you want refreshed, to
select the entries in between, then "refresh from
disk" to refresh all of them.

(i.e. standard UI list multi item selection)

But be aware of this bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/1090950

using refresh from disk immediately after cutting nodes from the
outline has odd effects.

Cheers -Terry
