This is a challenging project. It took me two days to figure out how to write all clones in @file trees. That was the easy part :-)\
This is also a worthwhile project. Fixing this bug will eliminate surprises and will make @file trees considerably more capable. I'm now working on the read logic. This is a trickier problem than anything in the static type checking project. The new code is enabled with the allow_cloned_sibs switch in leoAtFile.py. This will be the only file affected. When the switch is False, Leo's code will be more or less completely unchanged. You could call this switch a lightweight branch of Leo. I'll let you know when it is safe to set allow_cloned_sibs = True. For now, you must **not** do that: doing so will completely corrupt any external files that you save.
