So current status is I set ctrl-pgup and ctrl-pgdn to cycle through tabs in the default bindings because that matches Firefox and Chrome browsers which are the tabbiest apps. I'm aware of. I didn't realize that of course IE would do something different, so I guess Ctrl-tab is the more universal, so perhaps that binding should be set too, to tab-cycle-next I guess.
