Me too -- ubuntu 12.04. Everything works great. Whenever I click a headline 
link, the window hides and I go to the leo node, as expected. 

My tooltip gives the leo hierarchy of the node (path/leo file -> tree -> 
node).

I wonder whether a rclick on the overview button might remember the window 
id and close it.... (but I am way beyond my depth here...)
