I think somewhere in myLeoSettings.leo or WL2013.leo you must have
Ctrl-Next defined as do-nothing (note that you could need to search for
both ctrl-next and ctrl+next).  Not sure why that would be, but unless
there's some reason for it you can just remove that binding.
