I think it's @color insert_mode_bg_color = #002b36 @color insert_mode_fg_color = #839496 their body docs. say they over ride body_text_fore/background_color I think I can see how to work towards the "out of the box dark theme" Ville pointed out it would be nice to have on the G+ community the other day. Might be a few days before it's tidy enough to push though.
