Shouldn't it be in the repository? I would certainly find it useful.
Bazaar tells me that qtGui.py was last changed by Edward K. Ream on
2013-03-02 and the commit did NOT include any .leo file. This is only
soft evidence that the .leo file is not in the repository.
It's leo/core/LeoPyRef.leo (though you should copy this to LeoPy.leo for
local changes)
