Generic workload tip: don't let the email become an energy drain / guilt issue. All the important is in bugtracker, and these days, if an email remains unanswered for ~ two days, the general assumption was that it was "quietly acknowledged" and the responsibility to remind about it lies on the original sender if the issue is still valid.
