I have bin.bat in c:\bin, a place on my systems PATH. bin.bat contains
just::
python27 c:\Python26\Tools\Scripts\2to3.py %*
Alternatively, you could just type::
c:\Python26\Tools\Scripts\2to3.py followed by the 2to3 arguments.
To see the possibilities, type::
c:\Python26\Tools\Scripts\2to3.py --help
